What a day. We started travelling at 5am SA time. We arrived in Argentina 13:30 (18:30 SA time). We were picked by a taxi pre-arranged by Marianne over the internet. You always wonder if you book services over the internet, will the provider pitch up. No problems, we were met with a name board "Marianne toit". We were dropped of at our hotel Regente. We also booked this over the internet but the picture on the net is not exactly the same as the room we got. BUT we can't complain as we all have a bed in the one room we are sharing. To end of the big travelling day we did a quick walking tour of our immediate neighbourhood. The location of our hotel is perfect. Our first impression of BA is that the city is a mix of Europe and Africa. ANd we love it so far. Tomorrow we are doing a city tour. I uploaded a couple of photos from our journey today.
