Best beetroot ever


Try this cool recipe to increase your iron in take with your next braai.
• Buy fresh beetroot
• Start the oven on 200 degrees when you light your fire
• Coat the washed beetroot with olive oil and salt
• Place on an ovenproof dish
• Cook in the oven for 1 hour
The beetroot should be done when you finish your braai.
Serve immediately with your meat.

Beetroot's main benefits are that it contains no fat, very few calories and is a great source of fibre.
